Placing an Order
To place an order please quote the name, catalogue number and quantity for each of the item(s) you wish to purchase on the order form.

Ordering Process
Once you have placed your order, we will reply by email with the estimated delivery time, total cost, and further instructions for letting us know your mailing address so that we can ship the items to you.

We currently accept orders within Australia only.

Payment Options
We currently accept payment via direct deposit (online or at a branch) and credit card over the phone. Contact us for any questions you may have regarding payment options.

Delivery Information
Postage fee for each order is $7.

Most pieces will arrive within 4 weeks of ordering.

Due to our pieces being handcrafted, delivery times may vary and can depend on availability of the gemstones used in the piece. For pieces that include gemstones that are unavailable, delivery time may increase as we will need to order the gemstones.

If you need the jewellery before a certain date, please let us know.

Customisation of Jewellery
We are able to vary the gemstones used in a jewellery piece. Please contact us to make an enquiry.
